OTC Medical introduces Chlamydia Home Test

OTC Medical is proud to bring a new Chlamydia Home Test to the market. Together with the lab of Care Diagnostica in Austria the test is brought to the European market.

The new Chlamydia test fits perfectly within our Test-Point range of home diagnostics.  All tests are CE marked for home use by various notified bodies. Further the tests are easy to use, reliable and provide the results fast.

Chlamydia is by far the most common STD in the Netherlands. Yearly 60,000 new infections in the Netherlands alone with Chlamydia occur. Chlamydia is a large problem as it mostly comes without any symptoms. Untreated Chlamydia can lead to various complications, as blindness and even infertility. Also mothers can pass their infection easily to their newborns.
